Ships without fluid. You will need to fill it prior to using it.
Tested. Works well. The wick could be in better shape but it holds a flame. From the home of a heavy smoker so it has a heavy smoke smell. I do not know the exact year but the Zippo signature on the bottom is from the manufacturer years of 1955 to 1979. Lots of scratches and other signs of wear from years of handling. Lid hinge is a touch loose but still opens and closes just fine. Stays closed, too.
