    Description

Well here is the ultimate addition to your Civil War cdv collection!! It is a Samuel Cooley marked cdv of a US Army officer and he signed the back of the cdv!! I have a good sense of humor!! Well I remember those days very well seeing Samuel Cooley marked cdvs all the time. I am going to be offering three of them today. Here we have a well marked Samuel Cooley Photographer on the back of an image of a US Army officer. The cdv is in fine condition with no scratches or marks. There is good detail to the US Army officer and it is a wartime taken photograph. Now as to who this cdv is!! The cdv has a signed name and at the end of it PM- either Provost Marshall of Pay Master- both of which it seems this officer was. The officers first name seems to be Jonathan and last name seems to be Alexander. I am going to keep looking this fellow up if a EUREKA moment occurs and I find out who he is the starting price may go up! Great Samuel Cooley marking on the back with Tenth Army Corps and location in SC. It is a nice addition to your collection. Any questions please ask and thanks for looking.
