Nice period CDV of an engraving of General Darius N. Couch, veteran of the Mexican War and
Civil War. Led a division of the Army of the Potomac in the Peninsula Campaign and Seven
Days, a corps at Fredericksburg and Chancellorsville, and a division at Franklin and Nashville. A
great period engraving of a little-known but impressive Union major general. Overall good
condition, no backmark. Thanks for looking.
