The content of this letter is about the printing department enclosing 6 complimentary Rodeo tickets to Silas B. Ragsdale, the managing editor of The News Publishing Company in Galveston, Texas. (I wish I had those tickets too, but all these years later, the letter came by itself).  The date on the PRISON RODEO performance was October 15th, 1939.
Texas Prison Board members names at upper left are:

CONDITION:  Normal letter folds, some toning around edges,  and in good condition.
THE "EBAY ITEM" THING IS JUST A LOOSE PIECE OF PAPER that is not attached to the item that is for sale.
