CONDITION:
Normal letter folds, some toning and what appears to be a bit of some kind of ink smear and it's in good condition. Some parts of the back are reinforced with a very thin,  professional, transparent archival tape.
The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the billhead.
