    CONDITION: It has normal letter folds, toning that is visible in the scan, some small archival tape repairs on the back and is in decent condition.  The small white "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the letterhead.
    Approximate size is 8 1/4" X 10 5/8".
